Winery Review: "Wow, who would ever call Yellow Tail understated? But here it is. Nice but light aromas of orange, grapefruit, apple, earth and flowers. Lemon, grapefruit, apples, and a little lime on the light palate. Good acidity, pleasant finish, and decent minerality."
My Review: This wine was very crisp. It was not like any other whites I've had at the tastings. Definitely had a cat pee after taste which I was not a fan of. I did, however, enjoy the crisp apple taste.
Paired with food: Not this time.
